For sellers
The best sales we have handled were prepared carefully, marketed precisely, and negotiated personally. Some of them were never publicly listed at all.
Our belief
It deserves better than a listing pushed to a portal and a lockbox on the door. When we represent your home, the principals handle everything — pricing, presentation, negotiation — and you always know exactly where things stand.
How we represent sellers
Every seller engagement follows the same principles, whether the sale is public or private.
We will tell you what your home is genuinely worth in today's market — even when that is not what you hoped to hear. A well-priced home sells once; an over-priced one sells twice, the second time for less.
Photography, presentation, and timing are decided deliberately, not by template. We prepare a home for the specific buyer who will love it, because we usually already know who that buyer is.
Our distribution network places your home in front of qualified buyers in the markets that feed Miami — Latin America, Europe, the Northeast — while every inquiry is screened by us, not an assistant.
Some owners prefer that a sale never becomes public. We regularly place homes quietly, buyer to seller, with no listing, no signage, and no open house. If discretion matters to you, say so — it changes how we work, not whether we can.
What to expect
We visit your home, we listen to what you want, and we give you a straight assessment: what it is worth, what would help it sell, and whether this is the right moment. There is no charge and no commitment for that conversation.
If we agree to work together, you will deal with the two of us from the first showing to the closing table. We answer our own phones. You will never be handed off.
The invitation
Start with a conversation — even if the move is a year away. The sellers who do best are the ones who plan early.
